Free Domestic Shipping
Most orders in the United States over $75 ship for free.

A low $6.99 flat shipping rate is applied to most other orders and, under normal shipping conditions, is estimated to take 3-7 days*. Each shipment is sent through United States Postal Service (USPS) and, with only a few exceptions, will be packaged in a bubble mailer or flat rate priority bubble mailer or box.

If you need faster shipping, we offer a flat rate of $9.99 that will be sent either USPS Priority or Federal Express (Fed-Ex). Under normal shipping conditions, Priority Shipping is estimated to take 2-3 days* and, with only a few exceptions, will be packaged in a bubble mailer or flat rate priority bubble mailer or box.

Note that most products shipped within the United States are sent via USPS (United States Postal Service). All quoted shipping times are estimates and can vary due to extenuating circumstances outside PotomacBeads' control, including but not limited to: USPS processing center staffing, USPS distribution center staffing, global pandemics, and national weather. Shipping estimates also do not include weekends, holidays, or days where the order is placed after 3 p.m. EDT. USPS does not guarantee shipping times for anything, except overnight shipping. If you need a shipment urgently, please contact PotomacBeads for overnight shipping rates.

Once your order has been marked as shipped and transferred to the delivery or parcel carrier, it becomes their responsibility and we can no longer modify, alter, or change your order in any way.

Shipping to Canada
Most orders over $150 ship to Canada for free. Some heavy products like BeadOnIt Boards, tools, or lamps may not qualify for free shipping.

A low $19.99 flat Canadian shipping rate is applied to most other orders. Each shipment is sent through Fed-Ex International or USPS Priority Shipping, and with only a few exceptions, will be packaged in a bubbler mailer.

We may limit the shipping of certain items to certain countries, particularly tools. Should such a decision be made, you will be contacted and notified after placing your order.

Once your order has been marked as shipped and transferred to the delivery or parcel carrier, it becomes their responsibility and we can no longer modify, alter, or change your order in any way.

International Shipping
Free shipping is available to all other countries worldwide on orders of $250 or more. Some heavy products like BeadOnIt Boards, tools, or lamps may not qualify for free shipping.

A low $19.99 shipping rate is applied to most other orders. These shipments are also sent through Fed-Ex International or USPS Priority Shipping, which may forward your parcel to local postal delivery systems upon arrival to your country. Depending on the local postal reliability in your country, you may want to ask about shipping via United Parcel Service (UPS), particularly in some South American, African, and Asian nations.

We may limit the shipping of certain items to certain countries, particularly tools. Should such a decision be made, you will be contacted and notified after placing your order.

Wholesale Orders
Flat shipping rates do not apply to wholesale orders. Shipping rates will be calculated and invoiced separately. While we will be often be open on these holidays and processing orders, The closure of most carriers on these days prevents us from shipping out any orders.

Processing Times:
Generally orders placed before 3 p.m. EST (8 p.m. GMT) ship within 72 hours. We do not process orders on Saturdays and Sundays. Other factors that can impact processing times include holiday rushes and sales.
